Come and learn how to turn surplus cucumber/zucchini into a delicious condiment, sweet and sour pickles (all organic).
No experience needed, though anyone is welcome, even if you already make your own pickles.
The class will last approximately 1.5 hours and bookings are essential, as I’ll be making up take home packs (to get you started with pickling at home) for every attendant.
All ingredients/equipment for the workshop are supplied, so just bring yourself.
I will have at least three variations on these pickles to taste test during the workshop 🙂
